How do I place an order?
Simply browse our collections, add items to your cart, and proceed to checkout. You can place an order as a guest or by creating an account for a faster experience next time.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major payment methods including Credit/Debit Cards, UPI, Net Banking, and popular wallets. All transactions are secured and encrypted.
Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?
Orders can be modified or cancelled within 12 hours of placing them. Please contact us immediately at support@dhatripoojasamagri.com with your order number. Once dispatched, cancellations are not possible.
Will I receive an order confirmation?
Yes, you will receive an order confirmation email immediately after placing your order. Please check your spam/junk folder if you don’t see it in your inbox.
Shipping & Delivery
Do you deliver across India?
Yes! We deliver pan-India including metro cities, Tier 2 & Tier 3 cities, and most remote areas.
How long does delivery take?
Delivery typically takes 3–5 business days for metro cities and 5–10 business days for other locations. During peak festival seasons, please allow additional time.
How can I track my order?
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS. Use this to track your shipment on the courier partner’s website.
Is free shipping available?
Yes, we offer free shipping on orders above a certain value. Please check our Shipping Policy for current thresholds and charges.

Are your puja products authentic?

Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy?
We accept returns for damaged or incorrect items within 7 days of delivery. Consumable puja items (kumkum, camphor, incense, oils, etc.) are non-returnable. Please read our full Return & Refund Policy.
How do I raise a return request?
Email us at support@dhatripoojasamagri.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the item. Our team will respond within 2 business days.
When will I receive my refund?
Once your return is approved and the item is received, refunds are processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method.

Do I need an account to shop?
No, you can shop as a guest. However, creating an account lets you track orders, save addresses, and enjoy a faster checkout experience.
