Order Processing Time
- All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
- Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
- During peak festival seasons (Diwali, Navratri, Ganesh Chaturthi, etc.), processing may take up to 3–4 business days. We recommend ordering early.
Delivery Timelines
- Metro Cities (Mumbai, Delhi, Bengaluru, Chennai, Hyderabad, Kolkata): 3–5 business days
- Tier 2 & Tier 3 Cities: 5–7 business days
- Remote Areas & North-East India: 7–10 business days

Shipping Charges
- Free Shipping on orders above ₹5000
- A flat shipping fee of based on the product chosen, that will be applies to orders below the free shipping threshold.

Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS. You can use this to track your shipment on the courier partner's website.
Damaged or Lost Shipments
If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of the expected delivery date at support@dhatripoojasamagri.com with your order number and photos of the damaged item. We will arrange a replacement or refund as applicable.

- We currently ship within India only. International shipping is not available at this time.
